The Standard cable (CBL-01) has RCA + 2.1mm DC plugs to power up your own Bullet Camera directly from the DVR, as well as a 3.5mm jack for connecting an external Stereo Microphone. The Waterproof cable (CBL-02) only has a quick-connect, waterproof jack that matches the Bullet DVR cameras , providing both power and video connections in a single cable.
