The Flymount is a unique mounting system is the result of intensive research and development in a wide variety of conditions. Aimed at the new generation waterproof & shockproof cameras, this all weather camera mount is intended for use in harsh outdoor environments. Intelligently designed by internationally renowned Kevin J McDonald, the Flymount is lightweight (less than 7oz / 200g) and built tough to resist shock, saltwater and sun exposure.

It's unique cradle system locks almost any camera securely in place. The clamp adjusts between 13/16" (20mm) 1-9/16" (40mm) for maximum versatility to use on a Windsurf mast or boom, virtually anywhere on a bike, dirt bike, mountain bike, motorcycle, road bike, and great for Sail boats, Quads, Jet skis, hang gliders, BMX, go-karts etc...

The Flymount can be used with any camera that has a standard tripod mounting point, including SLRs, Camcorders, POV and point and shoot cameras. Please note that the Flymount is designed for action photography and only compact and bullet cameras will stay in place under stress. If used with larger DSLRs or larger camcorders this mount should only be used for fixed and static conditions as the special ball joint is designed to 'give' under heavy shock to protect the camera.

Tips for Use:  Always use the supplied Lanyard For security, please secure your camera and Flymount to your equipment with the supplied lanyard. It is important to loop through the camera's wrist strap bracket when tying the lanyard off. Use your Camera's Infinity Focus Mode This stops the camera trying to focus whilst moving, and tends to give sharper results. Use your Camera's Countdown Timer when shooting Video In bright light and noise, this makes it much easier to be sure you're shooting as the camera usually beeps and displays the numbers as it counts down. Be Inventive It's surprising how many places you can attach a Flymount, get some great footage from a unique perspective.
