Shipping and Taxes

We ship anywhere in the world!!!

The OnBoard.tv online shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Sorry, we do not take direct phone sales. You can place an order online anytime, we accept all major credit cards.

All orders are submitted to 2checkout.com for validation process. Most orders are shipped same day after payment confirmation is received (deadline for UPS pick-up is 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time Zone.)

"We use UPS world-wide shipping exclusively for all express orders. For all regular and free shipping orders, we use Standard Canada Post Air Mail for a lower cost. Please note however, that this service does not include a tracking number or insurance in case of damage, lost or theft. Standard air mail usually costs less than $10 to ship but can take up to 6 weeks to arrive at destination."

Important TAX information:

OnBoard.tv has 2 shipping locations, one is based in Quebec, Canada and the other is in Michigan, USA. All orders shipped within Canada are subject to an additional 5% GST and another 7.5% PST (Quebec only). All order shipped from our USA outlet to any MI destination is subject to a 6% Sales tax. Unless otherwise noted, all orders will be shipped from their own respective country, so there will be no other import customs/duty fees for you to pay!

Please note that our shopping cart does not currently support taxes, so you will be billed for taxes separately. All taxes must be paid in full prior to shipping.

We do not pay or collect any taxes on international orders. Any taxes or fees applicable by your local customs is the buyer's own responsibility. please check with your local authorities before ordering, to get an exact quote for the importation of goods into your country.
