Please note: All orders delivered within Canada must be paid in CAD currency. For USA and all other destinations, you can pay in the currency of your choice

Customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Onboard TV has no control over those fees, and can not predict how much they will cost. Please check with your local customs office first before placing an order, if you would like to know what the final charges will be, based on the total value of your shipment.

Different shipping / billing addresses:
Please note that if you provide a shipping address that differs from your billing address, your order could be subject to further verification before shipment, which could delay your order. We may ask you to provide proof or residence, such as a copy of your driving license, via fax or email.
Tracking and/or delivery confirmation numbers will be provided via e-mail if they are available for the shipping method selected.
Please note: Some services from USPS and Canada Post Standard mail do not come with a tracking number.
Please refer to the chart above for an approximation of the transit times. One day means one business day. Week-ends and other observed holidays do not count. Depending on the product ordered, we may need up to 24 hours to process your order before shipment. Please note that International shipments sent via USPS or Canada Post air mail services could take as long as 6-8 weeks to arrive, due to customs delays and other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received. If for any reason you need to return a product, you must contact us first to obtain a RMA number. Onboard TV will not accept returned packages without the RMA number clearly printed on the packaging.

If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original condition with all original packing materials within 30 calendar days from the purchase date, for an exchange or full refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
Please ensure you have contacted us for an RMA number prior to returning your item, or it may not be accepted.
A 10-25% restocking fee will be applied, depending on the product's condition, and if there are missing or damaged accessories / packaging. We do not allow any returns after the 30-day limit. Sorry, no exceptions!
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and assumes responsibility for the return package insurance.
Customers shipping internationally must clearly indicate on the outside of the package, on the description of goods in the customs forms that it contains return goods. Onboard TV will not accept return packages that have import duty or tax charges applied. Once the returned items are received in good order, new ones will be sent out or a refund will be issued.
